Brady has served as the Head Women’s Soccer Coach since the program’s inception in 2008, and as the Head Men’s Soccer Coach since the program’s inception in 2009. During this time, Brady has built both programs into national contenders.
On the men’s side, Brady has presided over four Region XIII Championships, and one Region XIII Runner-Up finish. In 2011 the men’s team finished fourth in the National Tournament.
Brady has amassed four Region XIII Coach of the Year awards while coaching four All-Americans and 19 All-Region student-athletes. He holds an overall record at Anoka-Ramsey of 55-17-7.
On the women’s side, Brady has coached two Region XIII Championship teams, with three Region XIII Runner-Up finishes. In 2012 the women’s team finished third in the National Tournament, with the 2013 team finishing sixth in the National Tournament.
Brady has been named Region XIII Coach of the Year twice on the women’s side including the 2012 NSCAA Midwest Regional Coach of the Year and was one of three finalists for the National Coach of the Year award.
Brady has coached two All-Americans, with 24 All-Region award winners, and holds an overall record of 45-44-6.
Prior to starting the programs at Anoka-Ramsey, Brady was the Head Girls Soccer Coach at Spring Lake Park High School from 2005-2007 winning three North Suburban Conference Championships along with being named the 2006 Section 5AA Coach of the Year.
Brady holds a NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.
He and his wife Caroline live in Minneapolis with their daughter Dylan.
