The NJCAA #9 ranked Golden Rams of Anoka-Ramsey Community College continued their winning ways running their winning streak to 20 games with a doubleheader sweep of Riverland on Saturday, April 22, by scores 14-1 & 12-1 in 5-innings.

The opening game saw Anoka-Ramsey dominate from the 1^st inning scoring 10 runs, and never looking back. The Golden Rams collected eight hits in the inning with Emma Bright and Hailey Babcock each collecting two hits that inning. Overall, the team amassed 15 hits in the game with both Bright and Babcock collecting four hits a-piece. Emma Hurd had two hits including a homerun with three RBI's and Molly Gross also had 2 RBIs to go along her two hits. Gross picked up her 10^th win of the season striking out 10 and only allowing three hits.

The back end of the doubleheader saw Maddie Bottineau in complete control in the circle. Bottineau kept the Blue Devils off balance while only allowing three hits and striking out seven on the way to her 7^th win of the season. Lyla Galli and Bright led the way at the plate collecting three hits a-piece. Galli hit a massive 2-run home run in the 1^st while collecting 4 RBIs. Bottineau then followed with a towering homerun of her own for one of her two hits and two RBIs.

The Golden Rams are now 26-9 (6-0 in MCAC Southern Division).
