The Anoka-Ramsey Men's Soccer team had six players earn various honors as voted on by the league's coaches for their performance during the 2021 season.
Earning All-MCAC honors were Mohammed Mursal, Martin Garr, Nastah Ahmed, Reece Lawler, Felimon Megally, Hamze Ali,
Ahmed, Lawler, Garr, and Mursal also earner All-Region honors with Mursal being named the NJCAA Region XIII Most Valuable Player.
Mursal led the Golden Rams in goals (12) and assists (12).
Ahmed was second on the team in goals with 11.
Garr led Anoka-Ramsey with eight assists while also scoring two goals.
As starting goalkeeper Lawler had a 1.41 goals against average with two shutouts.
Megally led a tough defense for the Golden Rams that had two shutouts on the season and a 2.35 goals against average.
Ali was third on the team with seven goals.
Anoka-Ramsey won the NJCAA Region XIII Championship and will play in the NJCAA Midwest District tournament October 29-30 at Harper College in Illinois.
