Anoka-Ramsey pitcher Brayden Buttweiler was named the MCAC Southern Division Pitcher of the Week for his performance against Itasca this past weekend.

Buttweiler, a freshman left-hander from Las Vegas, Nevada, threw four-plus innings and allowed no earned runs while striking out seven.  He scattered three hits and walked one batter in the Golden Rams 13-2 victory at US Bank Stadium.

Anoka-Ramsey is 2-0 on the season and will face Vermilion on Friday, March 26.
